Totopanda Designs aims to provide you with the best prices possible on the products you buy from our website. By making an order at totopandadesigns.com you hereby agree with our Terms & Conditions, including these Payment terms:
You agree to provide correct and accurate credit card/ debit card, UPI or net banking details to the approved payment gateway for buying products on our website.
- The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verification or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/debit card/UPI and related payment details.
- We expressly disclaim all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/debit card/UPI.
- At present we are not offering the COD (Cash-On-Delivery) option. You can use the other online payment methods listed on the checkout page to order from our website. In case of any issues or doubts you can mail us here.
- The third party payment gateway that we have integrated for secure payments is Cashfree. We also advise you to kindly go through their terms and policies.
Shipping & Delivery:
Domestic Orders (India):
We are proud to offer shipping to all states within India. We have partnered with India Post & Trackon Couriers as our shipping service provider for the shipping of the products.
For deliveries, there will be a minimum shipping charge of INR 50/-. Shipping charges may also vary as per the distance & total weight of the product being shipped (actual weight as well as the volumetric weight). The shipping charges will be displayed during checkout accordingly.
Please note that we don’t keep pre-made items in stock. We specialize in Print-On-Demand (POD), which means your personalized design gets printed directly on the product you order. We prepare the final products once you place your personalized order. So a minimum of 1-2 days is required to prepare the order before it is being shipped.
Once your order is prepared and has been shipped, we will mail you the tracking number & other shipping details. You can track your order using the tracking number provided to you via mail.
You can expect the shipping/delivery of your order to be before or within a maximum duration of 7-14 working days depending upon the location after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In case you are located in a village, semi-rural area or a pin code that comes under ODA (Outside Delivery Area), there might be a slight delay in delivering your products.
NOTE: In case you need urgent delivery of products, additional charges for faster delivery would be applicable. International Orders:
We are currently expanding our operations to offer international shipping in the near future. While we don’t yet have automated international shipping options on our website, we are happy to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.

- International shipping costs will vary depending on your location, the weight and size of your order, and your preferred shipping method.
